    Pranayam practices harness the breath to calm the mind and access the magical spaces between thoughts. These breathing exercises serve as potent tools for dissipating stagnant energy, optimizing the body's physiology, and connecting with the divine essence within.

    Postures are designed to optimize and align the physical body, creating space for life force energy to more easily flow and grow. By utilizing sacred geometric shapes and invigorating exercises - we purify and strengthen the physical vessel, and increase our potential for expanded consciousness and sense of self.

    Visualization allows us to transcend the limits of ordinary sight. By guiding our vision through focused eye gaze, we tap into the wisdom cultivated within the third eye, heart and aura - thereby enhancing our ability to perceive the subtleties of life.
